Hi, I’m Captain Kevin, and I’ve been fishing Lake Michigan and the Great Lakes for over 20 years. I earned my first captain’s license in 2004, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of fishing with and learning from some of the most respected and experienced captains on the lake. Along the way, I’ve also fished in various ports across different states, which has given me a wide range of techniques for targeting fish throughout the entire fishing season. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler, my goal is to make sure you have the best possible chance at a successful trip.
"Reel Chaos" is a Tiara 3100 Open sport fishing boat, stretching 31 feet in length, and designed for ultimate comfort while you're out on the water. It’s outfitted with the latest Raymarine electronics, including GPS, graph/chart plotters, traditional 3D sonar, and radar, so you’ll always be on top of your game. Our tackle setup features Shimano Telora rods paired with Shimano Tekota and Okuma reels, all loaded with premium line and terminal tackle. To get your baits down to the right depth, we rely on Magnum Metal Z downriggers.

Your safety is our top priority. We meet and exceed all US Coast Guard and state DNR regulations, so feel free to ask our crew about any safety features. Bring your own food and drinks, and don’t forget a cooler for your catch. We’ll take care of filleting your fish for you, but tips for the Captain and crew are always appreciated.
We run a drug-free boat, and both the Captain and crew are subject to random drug testing to ensure a safe and professional experience for all.
